Details of the great Ohio vote theft of 2004, which led to Bush's second term, are a bit more obscure.

Richard Hayes Phillips has worked for three years to correct that, incorporating his findings into a book, Witness To A Crime, which shows what private citizens can do when government fails to protect voting rights or count all the votes.
